At Earlswood Homes, we care about the delivery of quality new homes. Using our in-house architects, we strive to combine design excellence and high quality, in-vogue specifications to create the ultimate home, for today and for the years to come.
Earlswood Homes is a bespoke developer; we do not have a package of standard house-types, but instead we choose to take the longer and more thorough route to delivery, whereby we design to suit the location and buyer profiles. JANUARY 2026


As we continue a fast start to the new year, the Southeast Region are pleased to share our planning application in Groombridge has now been validated.
The proposals look to provide 21 new dwellings, including 7 affordable homes, as well as an area of open space which is to be gifted to the local school. The scheme also looks to secure an outline permission for a new doctor’s surgery that will serve the local community.

As a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group representing more than 300 SME independent developers nationwide — our Managing Director Jason Vince joined Sarah Edwards MP, and Secretariat Edwin de Silva for a cross-party discussion on how SME developers can accelerate delivery and modernise planning within an increasingly difficult sector.
SME developers are the heartbeat of local house building and the biggest risk takers on speculative applications, yet the planning system often works against them. Planning delays, disproportionate regulation and limited funding continue to hold back the very businesses capable of driving regeneration from the ground up.
It was encouraging to see genuine collaboration between MPs and industry voices focused on practical reform and we hope these changes come soon.
