International Property Awards (UK) Winner 2022-2023

We were very pleased to be nominated for the 2022-2023 International Property Awards (UK) and are over the moon to have won this years Residential Property award in Surrey.

Three years in the making, 'Selbourne' is a highly detailed modern design, providing it's owners with a truly luxurious living experience and a build that's been crafted to the highest of standards.

The Weald Pub Picnic Bench Donation

​

We were very pleased to support our local council (represented by Cllr Sam Smith) and the children at the Central Education Centre in Haywards Heath, through the donation of the pubs picnic benches.

The 'Scrap Kings' film crew attended when James Chase and Cllr Smith met on site earlier this month, and did a fantastic job of recording the event.  When asked, James advised that he enjoyed his moment of stardom but has no plans to change career anytime soon !

The Weald closed in Burgess Hill in early 2020 and is due to be replaced by a fine selection of homes and apartments around the Autumn of 2021.

Earlswood Homes Feed the Front Line Campaign 

​

For the next 30 days, Earlswood Homes will be funding the provision of 100 delicious hot meals a day, to feed the incredible NHS staff at local hospitals.  We’d like to say a big thank you to all the local independent restaurants and catering companies who are helping us to help the front line.

The first delivery was produced by celebrity chef Aldo Zilli.  Our construction director James Chase, delivered the delicious meals directly to the ICU unit at East Surrey hospital.

David Smith joins the rapidly expanding Earlswood Homes business as the company’s Regional Director for East Anglia.  

David is based in Suffolk and is currently considering office locations for our East Anglia operations.
